The article is called “ It’s time to ‘unsex’ pregnancy ”, published on the Washington Post. Christine Emba discusses the basic reasoning behind sex-equality and equal-protection laws around parenting and care work . She is particularly concerned by how women are left to bear the pregnancy alone . The audience would be mothers who suffer from child-rearing, fathers who barely sacrificed nothing to their child besides *&%$#, fathers who want to do more for wife and child, people who have plan to have a baby, people who are going to be parents. Why this post interests me is because people always “sex” pregnancy and let women carry every responsibilities. I thought it was an Asian only corrupt custom, but when I experience more, I find this is a world-wide problem.
